Situation
Wolkem has 2 FRM, each with 4 brush mounted crushing rollers, for crushing the lime stone into fine powder as part of calcium carbonate manufacturing. Each roller of FRM has 1000ml lubricating oil capacity and was being lubricated with third-party 20W40 oil. Every 8 hours, the lubricating oil was being refilled in each of the roller. This had increased the lubricant consumption and also resulted in productivity loss due to frequent machine stops.

ExxonMobil team recommended Wolkem to use Mobil Vacuoline™ 533 for the bush mounted crushing roller lubrication & also assisted during changeover process.
