Situation
Mechanical forging press bull & pinon gear were failing frequently, and the lubricant was unable to retain in the gear teeth. This increased the lubricant consumption and the frequent manual lubrication caused longer machine downtime & increased maintenance cost. Even the noise produced was excessive.
