Situation
Umed Tex fab Private Limited, one of the leading manufacturer and supplier of “Industrial Fabrics” in domestic as well as international markets. The manufacturing facility started in 1991 was in the form of Weaving Preparoty (semi high-speed sizing)and Plain Power Unit. Umed Tex fab wished to further expand its operations in the form of High-Speed Sizing and Automatic Weaving Machines shuttle. Company approached ExxonMobil for the grease recommendations for lubricating the Sizing roller bearings which will last long even in severe high temperature & loading condition.

- Reduction in formation of grease discoloration: Lithium Complex thickener offering excellent thermal and oxidative stability helped to enhance the grease life resulted into the reduction in the discoloration of the grease at higher temperature condition.
